Return Process

  Print Your Shipping Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your return is tracked correctly.

  Package Your Gear

  Place the Rocketbook and any included accessories back in their original packaging to protect the smart-surface technology during transit.

  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
